It is produced from the Syrah grape variety, using a traditional vinification process, with short macerations, controlled temperature fermentations which retain the fruity aromas, so as to obtain a modern fruity wine.
It has a bulky and well-structured flavour and a fruity aroma with dominating wild berries and strawberry jam nuances.
It is perfect with grilled food and red meat; it is also a beautiful complement for mature cheeses.
